Talking Today I had...

Breakfast: Oatmeal with soy yogurt, sliced banana and walnuts and a bowl of miso soup with scallions.

Lunch: A hearty miso stew (Onion, garlic, cabbage, ginger, miso, carrots, celery, potatoes, wakame, shitake mushrooms and tofu).

Snacks: corn chips, walnuts, whole wheat pita with garlic tofu dip.

I'm trying to figure our an Omega 3 smoothie my health food store makes (apple juice, banana, flax seed meal, cardamon and cinnamon). The banana is freezing now.

Dunno about later. Now I think I'm going to make a soy milk chai. This is my fourth week as a vegan and my body really likes the good food I'm eating. It wants more!!!

It's not as hard as I thought it might be...

I got Vegan Cooking for One by Leah Leneman in the mail today. I'm psyched to get cooking.

I got some Tofutti Cream Cheese today too. I can't believe it's not cream cheese

I also got some Spicy Peanut Tofu dip it's sooooo good!!!

breakfast: cinnamon raisin bagel with margarine. a banana. a strawberry soy yogurt.

lunch: vegetable ramen noodles. an orange. an apricot.

snack: three (!!!) tofutti cuties

dinner: three slices of pizza (toppings: sauce, spinach, roasted pepper, green olives, onion, garlic, mushrooms)

i'm so stuffed, i'm bloated. *pout*

I need to start chewing gum or something so that I can keep my mouth busy without actually filling my stomach up.

Let's see what I ate today...

Breakfast: coffee
Lunch: flax bread dipped in olive oil and balsamic vinegar
Dinner: pseudo brazilian black bean stew with tumeric/basil scented rice

I just felt like throwing some tumeric and basil into the rice while it was cooking. Don't know how it will taste yet since it's still on the stove. Smells nice though!

Today I ate all of my food at restaurants..

I skipped breakfast, unless you consinder a Diet Dr. Pepper breakfast.

Lunch: My mom and I ate at this restaurant called Sweet Tomatoes, which is kinda like a salad bar buffet type place. I was in heaven. They had a 52 foot salad bar Yum Yum! I made three trips up there!!!

Dinner: consisted of roasted red pepper hummus with tortilla chips and 3 martinis compliments of Silver Cloud!
